Our Approach
We provide structured, confidential counselling support to employees within Irish SMEs. Our work sits at the intersection of personal wellbeing and organizational life.
That means we are looking for clinicians who:
- Understand workplace dynamics
- Can work effectively with stress, burnout, and performance pressure
- Are confident supporting both employees and managers
- Value clear boundaries and strong ethical practice
- We operate with integrity, professionalism, and respect — for clients and for our practitioners.
Who We’re Looking For
We are interested in hearing from therapists who:
- Are fully qualified and accredited (IACP, PSI, BACP or equivalent recognised body)
- Hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- Have experience working with adults
- Are comfortable delivering online therapy
- Have a strong understanding of confidentiality and GDPR principles
- Are reliable, responsive, and professionally self-directed
- Experience in workplace-related issues (burnout, leadership pressure, anxiety, conflict, performance challenges) is particularly valuable.
